This bespoke residence at Porsche Design Tower reflects Ool Studio’s approach to contemporary luxury—where architecture, materiality, and sculptural form are composed with precision and restraint. Designed as a cohesive, immersive living environment, the project balances bold architectural gestures with refined detailing and a calm, curated atmosphere throughout.
The living spaces are defined by double-height volumes, expansive glazing, and a strong dialogue between softness and structure. Sculptural seating arrangements anchor the space, while custom stone fireplaces, layered textiles, and reflective surfaces introduce warmth and depth. Carefully selected statement lighting enhances verticality and movement, reinforcing the architectural scale without overpowering it.
The dining area continues this language through a monolithic marble table paired with organically shaped seating and suspended lighting elements. Material transitions—from polished stone to warm wood surfaces—create visual rhythm while maintaining a cohesive palette.
In the master bedroom, expressive stone walls serve as an artistic backdrop, framing the space with a sense of quiet drama. Sculptural furniture, tailored lighting, and soft textiles establish a serene yet design-forward retreat, where every element is intentionally placed to support both comfort and visual balance.
The bathroom is conceived as a spa-like environment, featuring bold marble compositions, custom vanities, and sculptural fixtures. Transparency, reflection, and contrast are used to elevate everyday rituals into a refined sensory experience.
The kitchen combines architectural clarity with functional elegance. A striking marble island anchors the space, complemented by custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and subtle lighting that emphasizes material quality and craftsmanship.
Throughout the residence, Ool Studio’s design emphasizes proportion, flow, and material integrity—resulting in a timeless interior that feels both expressive and effortless. Solstice Retreat is a luxurious beach villa on the Caribbean coast, blending elegance with modern sophistication. The villa’s design emphasizes high-end finishes and custom details, creating a serene yet refined atmosphere.
Outdoor lounges are a key feature, with plush seating and stylish fire pits, perfect for enjoying the coastal ambiance. The state-of-the-art gym offers a space for fitness with stunning views, while the cinema room provides an immersive entertainment experience.
Inside, custom millwork, including bespoke cabinetry and paneling, adds warmth and texture throughout. High-end furniture pieces are carefully chosen for both style and comfort, ensuring a luxurious yet welcoming environment.
